GIMS, which stands for Greater Noida Institute of Management Studies was established in 2008 as an university. It is approved by the UGC. Accredited by NAAC. The university is affiliated with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. GIMS offers two MBA courses as its flagship programs; MBA and PGDM. However it has not been ranked in the NIRF rankings. The campus spans across 10 acres and provides facilities such as a library, hostel, cafeteria, sports complex and a Wi Fi enabled campus. For those in pursuing an MBA at GIMS the course fees amount to INR 2.25 Lakhs. There are a total of 180 seats for admission into the program – 120 for MBA and 60 for PGDM. To be eligible for admission into these programs applicants must have completed graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks. GIMS accepts scores from entrance exams including CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT and ATMA. Both male and female candidates are accepted at GIMS. Every year 150 recruiting companies visit the campus to offer placements to students. In total there are around 500 job offers made annually. The average package offered to MBA graduates at GIMS is INR 4.5 LPA (Lakhs per annum). The highest package offered internationally is INR 15 LPA while domestically it reaches up to INR 12 LPA. Some of the recruiters who frequently visit GIMS include Amazon, Deloitte,Wipro,HCL and Accenture.The major sectors that recruit from GIMS include IT/ITES,Banking & Finance Consulting and Manufacturing, among others. We have a total of 45 faculty members ensuring a faculty student ratio of 1;15. Our student population stands at 2700 strong. Our curriculum is designed to be industry oriented. Global Institute of Management Science offers a wide range of MBA specialisations for the year 2024. Some of the specialisations include Finance, Human Resource Management, International Business, Marketing, and Operations Management. The fees for these specialisations range from Rs. 1,50,000 to Rs. 2,50,000. The institute accepts CAT, XAT, MAT, and CMAT exams for admission. The duration of the MBA program is two years.

I have achieved scores of 90+ in exams such as CAT, NMAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, GMAT, GRE, SNAP and Thapar Entrance Test. For the GMAT and GRE exams specifically my scores have been, above 650 and 320 respectively.
